Now we know that our gut and our brain are connected by the Vagus nerve. Our mental state is thus directly transmitted to how we feel in our stomach. The reverse is also true.

What we eat and how we eat has a big influence on our mental state. Our food can play a big part in balancing stress harmones, reducing inflammation in our cells and building our mental strength.
